Where can I get detailed live match statistics for football and rugby matches?

Question

Trying to find a site or service that has live or nearly live rugby and football match statistics in a format I could import easily into a fantasy league. Don't mind paying but not too much

Yahoo has very good live match casts for the Premieship but not sure about Rugby.

http://www.scrum.com has a huge stats section for international matches. For club games you're probably best off checking the clubs own website but I don't know anything about for live games.
