Where can I get free Album Artwork for my Ipod besides itunes

I do not want to use itunes to get album artwork for my ipod and was wondering if there is any other place to get free album art work

i would just download pics from the net and upload them.

1 generic pic per artist deal is what i do.

I have no idea. Good question. I'm going to watch this and see what answers you get. (Hopefully not too many of those irritating "Art takes up space, you don't need it stupid" answers)

If you have a lot of time, you can look up all the album images online and copy-paste them to the info of each song/group of songs.

If you have an iTunes Store account, then you have access to all the artwork the iTunes store has for free. I used to go to Amazon.com for the artwork before I found this out. Lol. Right click on a song and select Get Album Artwork. The iTunes Store artwork is much higher quality and looks nicer. If you don't have an account, or don't want to input your credit card or pay $15 for an iTunes gift card, then Amazon.com and CDuniverse.com are the best places I have found album artwork.

You can make your own or copy paste images off the net. If you make you own it works best to have them cropped to an exact sqaure at least 500x500 pixels. You can use MS paint if thats all you have. Or even the windows previewer will allow you to crop, at least in vista it does. Then just import them after the file is in itunes go to get info and the album art tab and there you go.
