Where can I get free monthly tech newsletters online?

I'd like soemthing like the PCWorld Updates,but monthly ,not daily.Or maybe fortnightly.

Most libraries now subscribe to databases which include periodicals (magazines, newspapers, trade publications, etc.).  Check out your local (or a larger city nearby) library Web site.   You generally have to sign up for a library card first, then use that number to access the databases.  Its free, its easy, and its all online.
