Where can I get gas permeable bifocal contacts on the net?

Bifocals I can find (but soft). Gas permeables I can find (but not bifocal). Surely there is one website where I can get what I'm looking for, and you know where it is?

As complicated as fitting those types of lenses are, I don't see how anyone could order them on the net....and most of the time they have to be sent back for retouches...how would a layman know what to do ?
