You could try Vingt-Quatre, 325 Fulham Road, SW10 as I recall they do a fantastic Eggs Benedict and a mean club sandwich....best of all they're open 24hours a day.

Lola's on Upper Street used to do excellent Eggs Benedict, however I believe it's recently changed hands and changing menus.

Cafe Med just up the road from Lola's at Islington Green does quite good Eggs Benedict though not in the Lola's class.

Why would you want to?  Isn't the point of travel to experience another's culture?  Anyway, any upmarket hotel will get you whatever you want.  alternatively, try a family-run restaurant but you may need to tell them exactly what it is that you want.   Remember that bit in the film from the book City of God by Dominique Lapierre where the American guy is in a street in India and screaming "can't you guys even make a decent hamburger?" or words to that effect?
