Where can I get good cheap Outdoor plants and flowers in NC?

I am looking to buy some evergreen shrubs, ome Mums and Cabbage for my fall garden. I live in Raleigh but I'm willing to take a trip for a good bargain. Do you have any suggestions?

There's this place on Hillsborough Street (NC 54) just west of the state fairgrounds (in the Westover neighborhood).  I don't know the name but it's in an old gas station.  They've got tons of plants all over the lot and are pretty cheap.
