You can try www.skatedresswarehouse.com www.skatebuys.com www.gkelite.com but they may not be able to ship it to you by Monday, so I would try some local ice rink pro shops, and dance shops for some dresses, but it may be hard to find a dress before Monday!

EBay!!!  I know it sounds silly.  There are a ton of cute new and used dresses....practice and competition....for under $100.  I got my long program dress for $90 and get tons of compliments on it.  Mine was made by Wonderland0559.  She has a lot of beautiful, unique dresses on eBay.  Most of hers have a 'buy it now' option for $130, but she's got others for cheaper and you can still bid lower.  Good luck!

They are hard to find under $100, but it's definitely possible. Here's some nice ones I found online (and like someone else said, eBay is great too!) They're in order from cheapest to most expensive - they're all cute, and some of the ones for just under $100 are really nice and pretty.

there are some for less than $100 and some for a tiny bit more

it also tells how many they have of the one you want so an out of stock is usually unexpected

Try the GK Elite website.  They have a special section of sale priced dresses.  I've also found some good skating dresses on eBay, just be sure you know what size you need.
