  1. Vet associations, State and Federal govt? Christian help groups? Lotteries? Ex Marines/businessmen/women

  4. what kind of help does he need? I mean is he suffering from some condition, or something that isn't allowing him to function normally? Was he wounded? There are hundreds of organization to help soldiers. Go to the DOD website and click on the "America supports you" link and start there. If he was wounded start with the woundedwarriorproject.org
