Where can I get money orders? Do they charge a percent for it or is there a set charge?

i dont know if your in us or canada...in canada.... bank,post office or western union....depending on the amount of the money order there is usually a set charge .....but i think if the amount is high like mayb over 5000 which i dont think yours is then they might charge a %

walmart, any liquor store... food stoes have them...

they are all fixed rate... at walmart its 25 cents... etc
