Where can I get my cenix digital recorder repaired in Delhi Spring in the battery area's rusted n no display ?

Can I get my Cenix digital recorder repaired in Delhi. should I take it to Palika bazaar or the Lajpatrai market at Chandni chowk or some other place? Can somebody suggest a shop please? I had started using it without the cover on the battery section. Then lately the display used come after the mumbo jumbo of letters n signs with great difficulty, when I used to jerk in the batteries really hard, and it functioned normally. Now lately there is a new development. After I tried to clean the spring area with an ear bud the mumbo jumbo comes after puttin on the batteries. What should I do? Is the data safe and can it be transferred via data cable or not? Should I get the springs replaced and if so from where? Please help me.
