Where can I get my watch battery repaired? Can you name a place near Edgware Road or close to Marylebone?

New in town, and not sure where to go. Department stores? Or what? Any place cheap would do. The watch is nothing fancy.

You cannot repair a watch battery...it must be replaced.  Any jewelry store or store that sells watches can replace it.  You can even do it yourself by opening up the watch and jotting down the brand of the battery and it's stock number.  Then,  go and buy one!
