A catering supplier is more likely to have the 8g chargers used in whipped cream dispensing. I am presuming you are not wanting the N2O used for cars.

If you don't mind it having it through the post then you might try  getting it through Ebay, and would likely be cheaper too.

There are a number of catering suppliers dotted around London, uncertain where you are or if these are also retail outlets.
