Where can I get sailing lessons in Dallas, Texas?

Question

I used to sail years ago when I was a child. My uncle taught me how to sail on a Catalina-23, but I have been off the water for more than twenty-three years and I am about to purchase my first sailboat since I was 12-years old. I want to take a class on Sailing and all applicable skills to make sure that I understand and remember everything that I need to sail successfully and safely. Any advice?
