Fredericks of Hollywood, although they are kind of expensive, and it's hard if you're ordering online, because you'll never know if it fits until you buy it.  You can also google for local lingerie shops in your town.  I'm in New York and there are plenty of shops in NYC.  If you live near any major metropolitan areas, I suggest you check the yellow pages for where you live.
