  1. there are several online services which will do this for you:

    http://www.digmypics.com/

    or you can contact your local photo developing place (K-Mart, Walmart, camera shops, etc).

    They will all be able to do this for you.

  2. You can go to any photo finisher and they should be able to do it for you. It's actually a pretty popular service.
