Where can I get some guaranteed credit cards?

What are the easiest credit cards to get! i want to built credit fast!! I know Sears is an easy credit card to get!! What else??

Be carefeul about getting charge cards from department stores (like Sears, Gap, Lowes, etc).  These don't reflect on your credit the way a regular credit card does.  They can hurt your score if you have too many of them open.

If you are a student, you can try to get a student card from Discover or Chase.

If not, you can try to get a regular credit card.  The Discover More Card and American Express Blue Cash card have great rates and good cash back bonuses.  But if you don't have enough credit to get those, you can look to a card for those with poor credit (they also work for those with no credit history) or a prepaid card.  Prepaid cards work like debit cards, but they are reported to the credit bureaus so they help your score.

Of course, none of these things will help you build good credit if you are not responsible with them.   You must pay your bills on time and not rack up a lot of charges on them.

Consider a prepaid card that reports to the credit reporting companies. Interest rate at Sears is way high.
