Where can I get the Blackberry Desktop for my 8700c?

Okay I went to the AT&T website, and downloaded the latest version desktop for my Blackberry 8700c (I lost the software and cleaned out my whole entire computer). Anyway, I installed it, and when I look for it in my programs list, it's not there. I perform a search and it doesn't find it either. It finds a file that says "Blackberry," but there is nothing in it. So, when I go to my control panel to "Add or Remove Programs," it says it's installed. When I installed the program, it didn't give me an option to where I wanted to save it. Why is it not showing up? I'm trying to make ringtones for my phone, I'm tired of the plain ring, I need something new. HAHA. Thanks for anyone who takes the time to help me out. Or is there any other way I can get ringtones without installing the program? Okay, now this leads to another question, I was trying to bluetooth a ringtone from my boyfriend's phone, but it would say "Connection Failed." How do I fix that, so I can recieve files from him?
