Where can I get the CHEAPEST rates using VOIP?

I am trying to get the best deal on calling Vietnam from Canada, which company will offer be the CHEAPEST rates?

Also, please include details on your recommendation, as I am new to VOIP. Is there a monthly fee or is it paid by usage? Does my computer have to be on to use it? Do I use my phone as I normally would with a landline?

Thanks a bunch for all your help!

  1. Maybe u should try out the Cordia VOIP plans at https://www.cordiaip.com/

They are running a promotion right now where u can enjoy the first month free for all Cordia VOIP plans. The promotion code is AGLEEX182X.

    Good luck.

  2. I am not sure about this company's rates for calling Vietnam but I do know there is no charge for calls in Canada, USA, Puerto Rico and Hawaii.

If you go to this web site www.iolair.acnrep.com and on the opening page click on the SELECT YOUR COUNTRY button then on the Canadian flag you will find out all the information under products.

    Hope this helps.

  3. go to vonage.com

  4. Hi,

The cheapest I found is lowratevoip.

    http://www.lowratevoip.com/en/calling-ra...  It's about 10 - 13 cent a minute to call Vietnam.

The only equipment you need is a headset with a microphone since you call from your computer.  There is no monthly fee.

    Good luck,

    Stella

  5. you might take a look at MagicJack.com!!

since Vietnam is not on many VoIP list, but you can use MJ from Canada to Nam and visa verse for free!

that what my family and I use........you will need two MJ....one in Canada and one in Nam....then you can call for free!

you can use any old analog phone, nothing else to buy.....yes it has callerID voice mail box...call waiting...etc.

you pay 19 95 per year, I'm already on my 2nd year...the MJ is 39.95 then you only pay once a year for the usage!

yes, your computer gotta be on!

  6. Here's an online resource that will search and compare plans available by location (look in the "VoIP / Broadband Phone" section). Should help you find what you need. [link provided]
