Where can I get the Call of Duty 4 maps for PS3?

I have a code for the maps but i don't see any place to enter it?? Where can I find this place for the codes?

go to the PlayStation Store and select “Game Add-ons”. On the right side of the screen you’ll see the COD4 Map Pack then just download it

go to account management, then transaction , there should be something there that says redeem playstaion card or promotional code , click on that then enter the code there
