Where can I get the back issue of Kerrang! ?

I really want to find the back issue of Kerrang with Hyaley William sof Paramore on the cover and a Panic! At the Disco poster special.I don't know the date but I would really like to have this issue and would appreciate it if anyone knew where I could find it.

I looked at the most recent ones and some of the old ones and didn't see it, but you can go back pretty far.

They also have a message board; perhaps you could post about that issue and someone can give you the date for it, making it easier to find in back issues.
