  1. Oh good grief, Hershey.  Here come the fights!

However, I agree with your first poster - Delessandro's in Roxborough (along Henry Ave) has a GREAT cheesesteak!

  2. Jim's at 4th & South and no where else.  It's lean and there is no fatty grizzle on it.  It's amazing.  mmmmmmmm i want a Jim's now.

  3. Try Steve's Steaks in northeast philly-  corner of bustleton ave. and st.vicents

  4. Campo's 2nd and Market

  5. Dalessandro's in Roxborough.

  6. If you want to go to the world famous spot, go to Pat's or Geno's.  They are directly across from each other and delicious!

  7. A Philly Cheesesteak isn't a Philly Cheesesteak unless it's dripping with grease. F*** Jim's Steaks. That's more like a roast beef sandwhich. It's hard to find good cheesesteaks any more, but a decent place to start would be this place on South St. (infamous Philly hot-spot) just under Fat Tuesdays. You have to walk down steps, and there'll be this place called Le Pizzaria or something generic like that. Just about everything is good there though.

  8. Steve's Prince of Steaks in NE Philly.  Makes Pat's & Geno's look like dog food.
