However, I agree with your first poster - Delessandro's in Roxborough (along Henry Ave) has a GREAT cheesesteak!

Jim's at 4th & South and no where else.  It's lean and there is no fatty grizzle on it.  It's amazing.  mmmmmmmm i want a Jim's now.

If you want to go to the world famous spot, go to Pat's or Geno's.  They are directly across from each other and delicious!

A Philly Cheesesteak isn't a Philly Cheesesteak unless it's dripping with grease. F*** Jim's Steaks. That's more like a roast beef sandwhich. It's hard to find good cheesesteaks any more, but a decent place to start would be this place on South St. (infamous Philly hot-spot) just under Fat Tuesdays. You have to walk down steps, and there'll be this place called Le Pizzaria or something generic like that. Just about everything is good there though.
