if its steamed dumpings or dim dims, in china town on the corner of one side im not quite sure but its red and is on the edge of the road. Their dumplings are amazing and they give you a lot of them for a small price. Great value for money

There are lots of speciality dumpling places in Kensington near the university of NSW.

Depends if you like pan fried or steamed...  I love Yee King Noodle at 408 Sussex St for pan friend dumplings. There is also a famous  'hole in the wall' dumpling restaurant where the line is long all day, called Cho Dumpling King in Haymarket. If you get annoyed by crowds, don't go here!
