Where can I get the best dessert??

Can anyone give me some suggestions to which restaurants have the best dessert?? Like at which restaurant is your favorite dessert?

** Chain restaurants that can be found in basically every city. (ex. Applebee's, or Chili's)

The Keg has very good desserts like the Billy Minor Pie and Berry Sensation (which lets you have a portion of three different desserts) and I'm pretty sure they have The Keg in most areas. There is another place called Caffe Demetre which is mostly a dessert place but also has normal food. It has a wide selection of things to choose from and has a warm friendly atmosphere, although I'm not sure if there would be one near you.
