At my house. I make the best but if you're talking from a restaurant, like the others said Lygon Street is probably best although I did have a really nice vegetable lasagne at some vege café on Smith Street about 6 years ago (that's how good it was, I still remember!) but I don't remember the name of the café.

Definitely Lygon St - don't know which restaurant is best though
