I’m very particular with sausages so where do I find authentic German franks in the Hamburg area?

The open markets are dotted with "Marktwurst" stands.(Market Sausages) Germany in general doesn't make c**p or garbage in terms of wurst(Sausage)

Get a Curry Wurst(Sliced up grilled bratwrust with curry sauce) or a Bratwurst or Weisswurst(Veal Sausage)(To die for bro!) with onions on a crusty bun!!
