Where can I get the heroic map pack without the xbox live marketplace?

Question

I dont have xbox live and I have halo 3 so it has the forge thing in it and I'm so creative with editing maps. But all I need is the foundry so i can show my friends how creative I am at building maps. I dont want answers like "dude get xbox live" or "just deal with the maps u have" I need real answers. Do whatever it takes to answer this question please it will be a big help! Please I'm counting on you guys!!!

you cant get the heroic map pack or legendary map pack without xbox live...

im not 100% sure... but you might be able to buy a an update disk with it on it... try googling it or going to bungie website.... have fun making maps =)
