Where can I get the ice cream that ice cream trucks have?

We do have an ice cream truck that comes around our neighborhood, but he is very unpredictable. He comes around less than once a week at different times each day. Not only that, but he goes by so fast that unless we are in our front yard with money in our hand, he passes right by our house. We've already spoken to him about it, but apparently he does not want our business.

The kids would be perfectly happy with the ice cream from the store, but I think it would be a nice treat to give them the character ice creams that the truck has. I just don't know where to get them from. Any ideas?

I used to own an Ice Cream Truck and my husband and I got our Ice Cream from  wear house that sold them and all the candies.
