  1. Usually, you can find everything but the mat at your local supermarket in the international/Asian section. If not, you can always try a local Japanese/Chinese/Korean supermarket, where I'm pretty sure you'll find it (because i've seen those three things at those 3 types of supermarkets). If you still can't find it, then you can definitely order all three things off the Internet at this site: http://www.asianfoodgrocer.com/index.asp...

  2. If you have an asian market in your area, go and pay them a visit. They are always happy to help you find what you need. Also another  good source is if your local vo-tech has a class you can sign up to learn to make it, the instructor usually can give you the best tips on navigating the art of sushi, and finding the items.

  3. do you have a wegmans by you if you do there cheap and good they have everything like a cheese shop and a wine.

  4. If you are in the USA, you can find all of your Sushi making needs at Japan Super.

They carry everything that you need, including the fish, fresh Japanese vegetables, etc. Look under the Sushi category.

  5. In the ethnic foods section.  Even Wal-Mart sells it nowadays.

  6. Check your local Asian supermarket, not sure if you have a Ranch 99, Grandmart or H Mart in your area but they all carry the items you're looking for.

  7. The international section in your local grocery store will have sushi rice and nori for sure. The mat you might have to get at a specialty cooking store. Or find an oriental grocery store.
