Where can I get tickets for Rent the musical cheap?

I really want to see it before it's off broadway, but due to being a starving student I can't afford it... do they still do that ticket thing in times square? is there anywhere else I can get cheap tickets for the show? I know they are still available, just need them cheap...

you try to go to the theater the day of the show sometimes they sell leftover tickets at a discount.  Or you can try the Tckts stand in times square. Check out this link for tips
