Where can I go and get a job as a runner (in TV industry)?

"The TV Industry" is huge  You have hundreds of local stations and any number of networks.  You'd have to apply individually.  

There's also the fact that the "title" runner really only applies to temporary jobs during major events like the Olympics and upcoming Presidential conventions.  Those positions are usually filled by relatives of people already working at the networks.

I don't mean to disappoint you but you've got your work cut out for you.
