I tried the ones at Conrad, Marriott and Merchant Court Hotel. Their spreads are quite sumptuous. Costs about S$25-35 per pax. Enjoy!!

if you a talking about western high tea, i recommende the Le' Espresso @ Good wood park hotel, price is @ $35+++

Well, I believe Mount everest has High Tea, but I think the Sears Tower or the Empire State building might be the best I've ever been to for High Tea.
