  1. Brick Lane is full of Indian restaurants!  Honestly, it is a whole street simply teeming with them.  Also they try and tempt you in so you can get good deals- like a free drink etc.  Brick Lane is in East London nearest tube Aldgate East.  You can also get there from Liverpool Street.

    In Bristol the best place to go is Raj Mahal in Frenchay, in Glasgow the best place is Bombay Blue.

  8. I recommend Purbani restaurant in Botley, Hampshire. The Indian restaurant at Swanwick railway station is also very good.

    Any Indian (Pakistani/Bangladeshi) restaurant in Slough or Southall will serve you a good meal. the competion is so great that it's impossible to stay in business if they're no good.

    Currys in Berlin are very poor.
