  1. The public Park-n-Pool

  2. just buy a bottle of water like everyone else does

  3. Few people know this, but...

There's a tiny little village in East New Zealand called "Wadder..."

And in this tiny little village, there's a tiny little cafe called H2O...(pretty catchy, huh?!?)

And in this tiny little cafe, there's a tiny little bar, with a tiny little man named "Moistavio," who serves nothing but ice-cold, fresh mountain spring water that bubbles up from a natural diamond-walled well of melted snow below the cafe, and is tapped straight from the source before your very eyes in a transparent fountain drink spiget, and served in a crystal fluted goblet with your goat cheese sandwich and sheep dung chips...

And it's FREE with your meal...

(Incidently, the toilets are filled with the same water...advance reservations are not required, and they accept walk-ins...definitely worth the 300 mile hike through mortally dangerous terrain...)

  4. Your kitchen tap. I'm not kidding you. New Zealand tap water is amazing, I like it better than the bottled water I can purchase. Some houses with old pipes can give the tap water a metallic taste, if this is you, put some tap water in a bottle and stick it in the fridge, the metallic taste will disappear in a few hours.

Don't waste your money buying bottled water.

  5. Oh I know...it's in the van down by the river!
