Where can I go in the Seattle area to get a tire shaved?

I want to shave tread depth from a new tire in order to match it with my other 3 tires for use on my 4 wheel drive vehicle. I'm looking for a tire dealer, repair shop. or car racing tech to shave a tire. It's the same equipment that's used for shaving racing tires. Who does this in the Seattle area?

wtf is tire shaving? it would make more sense to just buy 4 new tires.
