Where can I go online to get my childs social security card replaced free?

I would like to do it online because there is no office near me?? I know his number, I just need a replacement card.

Here is a link, however, all documentation sent must be certified original from the issuing office (certified copy of birth certificate, etc)-copies are not acceptable. The application and other documentation will need to be mailed or there is an office locator on this page too!
