Here is a site with information about special needs HS'ing.  It may have info if the parent is the one with needs:

If the teaching parents have a physical disability, then not much should be different with HS'ing than any typically-abled parent-teacher.  If the disabilities are mental, there will be additional challenges, but it can be done.

Perhaps if you gave us more of a feel for the kind of disability we could try to do some research for you on who would be the most helpful.  All kinds of people homeschool.  The most important thing is a desire to do it.  Anyway, I would be happy to research some of this for you if you could give me some kind of information as to the nature of the disability.  It would help me to find the right contacts who could answer your questions.  One source for you might be to contact HSLDA.  That might have some leads for you.  Http://www.hslda.org
