Where can I go to find records of who has lived in my house before me?

I notice on Paranormal State that they seem to have no trouble getting this info, but I find it hard to believe that they can learn about previous owners and the stories behind them...such as people who were killed in the home, or people who had affairs. Is there someone gathering this info about me right now? I think not.

If its on TV it must be true.  Wrong.

You can go to your county clerk and find out who has owned the hose from previous titles.  But that will probably be about all that you can find out.

Your local county appraisal district or tax office should have records.
