  1. You apply to the probate Court for the necessary forms for this. fillthem in and send them back. You should have a reply within 10 days.

  2. You are trying to deal with property law and probate law by copying documents?

In many communities, you have lawyer referral services.  Use Yahoo search to find that in your state or city.  The initial visit is $20 or so.

If you want to copy quit claim deeds or other forms without legal advice, you assume all the risk.

Go to any number of companies online, like http://www.nupplegal.com/quitclaimdeed.h...

Use Yahoo search for dozens/hundreds of others.  But you may have to spell it to find it.

  3. This is an answer of ignorance, but I would recommend two things.

-Go down to the courthouse and ask around about getting the papers, they may not be official if you don't have their copies and it will make you look better in the end either way by having "official" official documents, not home printouts.

-If you are actually defending yourself, get a lawyer, hands down, after  3 years of work studying in law school, it is almost always best to have a lawyer to represent your case, even if they suck and your a ac attorney, it is normally best never to represent yourself.

  4. Office Max, Staples , office supply stores usually carry generic forms, which , are acceptable in court.

  5. Here's one download site.

    http://usasearch.gov/search?v%3Aproject=...

    go to:

    register.shelby.tn.us/forms/QC.pdf

I found it on the USA govt site. I've included it also for your reference.

    http://www.usa.gov/

    Good Luck.
