Where can I go to get screaming lessons?

Question

What kind of place would I go to, to get screaming and/or death metal vocal lessons?

Don't have to give me name of a specific place because I probably dont live in same area as you (I live in Adelaide, Australia)

But what KIND of place? Cos i have no idea. And would love to learn

You can find some good tutorials on singers forums and stuff, it makes it pretty to understand, getting the technique down is another thing =/ You have to like stress your vocal chords. I've been trying for a while XD

Mayyyne i would love to be able to death grunt and growl. Its so d**n awesome. I wanna learn the deathing style of the bloodbath lead singer. he is amazing. he sounds just like he does in the studio as he does live. stunning.

uhmmm, maybe go to a local music store, and see if they have any flyers hanging up advertising lessons for singing/screaming. or if you know like, a local hardcore screamo band, ask the screamer? haa. idk if that would work, but it's a thought.

screaming is an art, and it is crazy hard to master.

i can't do it!

i've tried, and my throat died. lol.

all i know is you need to push the air from your diaphram and you are supposed to drink water before, during, and after screaming.
