Where can I go to get updated satellite images of Reunion Island?

Google Earth. Be patient till they update it. I did not buy a satellite either!

Reunion is in the middle of Indian Ocean , to the east (right) of Madagaskar.

of course you can search on google earth, but you can also look at  NASA web page or http://earthobservatory.nasa.gov
