I have several $100 dollar bills and some $20 bills from saving up from 4years of savings .Would I be able to make a change of 10 $100 dollar bills on a ATM machine?

If not would I be able to have change of 10 $100 bills on like Chase Bank?Even if I dont have a bank account on Chase Bank, instead I have Bank of America Bank account?

The reason for choosing Chase bank is becase that's the only bank in our city and Bank of America is far away..
