Where can I go to have my leather luggage repaired?

I have a leather over night case and one of the wheels has come off, where can i get it repaired, preferably in North West London

If case is under warranty, take it back to the shop to have it repaired.

Otherwise, look for a cobbler.  

P>S>   If you want to be handy, see the hardware store for a new wheel or castor wheel kit.

I'm not sure about an exact location for you, but in the US we can usually take leather shoes, luggage or purses to a shoe repair person and they fix a lot of things. Some dry cleaning stores will offer this service too. Good luck to you!
