Where can I go to stomp grapes with my feet in France or Italy?

I'm afraid the days of crushing grapes by foot are pretty well finished.

In my area it is done by machine and a trailor load of grapes are crushed in around 30 seconds !

I think it's a thing of the past, at least in Italy.  Maybe if you talk to a local farmer he'll let you do it, but I doubt it.  

I live in Italy.

I'm not sure they let anyone do it.
