Where can I have a romantic evening picnic (wine & snacks) in Los Angeles, preferably the west side?

I'm looking to take my girlfriend on a romantic date since I haven't really done anything special for her for a while now. I'd like to be able to have privacy, and still have a nice view, either of the city, the ocean, the stars, or any combination of the three. She's not very outdoorsy, so it wouldn't be a good idea to have to walk any more than 5-10 minutes.

Los Feliz in the Griffith Park, then you can go in the Observatory if you want, or down the hill by the Merry Go Round is a lot of nice grass and trees.  

In the park by Dodger Stadium (dont worry no games this weekend, so there will be NO ONE AROUND)

If I were you, I'd go to The Summit by Mulholland Drive in Studio City.

But if it was me doing this, I'd go to one of those areas near The Summit on the side of the road with a view to the city.  I'd go there at night before 9 pm, because you aren't allowed to be there after a certain time, I'm not sure which (hopefully no one will be there too, it's just a matter of luck).  

If you have a pickup truck, turn the back towards the view, open the back door and sit together while having some wine.   If you have a regular car, then you can sit on the trunk or the hood of the car and have some wine.

Put this in google maps, it's not a real address, but it will show you where is one good spot to park.

Try one of the beaches.  Or the Holllywood Bowl.

On the beach at Leo Carillo or by the Hyperion plant in El Segundo. They allow camping so you can have alcohol, etc.  Not sure if they allow wine at the Getty Museum, but that'd be nice view.
