Where can I hire or buy cheap black/ UV lights?

I'm having a black light/UV light party at my house. I want to have this lighting in at least 3 rooms. Does anyone know a good place to hire it? So far the best place I've found is SSPA who does $45/ 100w flood UV light.

I live in Sydney, Australia (South East region).

In the US, Home Depot sells 40 watt 48-inch blacklight tubes (about US$15) which will operate in any fluorescent fixture designed for 40 watt T12 bulbs.  The bulbs are formally designated F40T12BLB.  Smaller sizes are available also.
