What sort of 'theme' would that be based on then? But who cares? Sounds good.

                            Now because I'm a bit of a perv' a thought flashed across my mind, I would do the rounds of the local pubs and very politely ask some local barmaids this question, you may get some applications!! Of course this may involve a few auditions, but hey ho it has to be done.

Just ask a few of your usual customers to participate. They won't need payment as I'm sure they'll earn more than enough from their tips!

Incidentally what will the other customers be expected to wear - or not?

If the wages and bonuses were right, I suspect you might be surprised at how many ordinary barmaids might be up for this sort of thing.  Everyone has their price, and if they are promised a share of the door admissions on the night, I bet you'd get quite a few takers!  With Christmas coming up, I bet there are plenty of women who'd want a bit of extra money cash in hand at this time of year just for getting their baps out for the night.  All you can really do is politely ask around and gauge opinions.  I'd have thought it would be easier than you think!
