Where can I jetski and waterski with a boat near west London, uk?

I am looking for a place to go waterskiing and powerboating, and maybe jetskiing. How much is typical launch fees for a small boat, and typical storage charges. Do you have to be RYA certified? Is there a body that regulates lakes where you can use a motorboat? Are there any places that a jetski can be hired from?

Just buy one on Ebay man you would get one for alot cheaper and get alot more fun outta it over the long run!
