If I go swimming at the beach, where can I keep my car keys if I go by myself?

I can't take them with me in the water obviously, and there are no lockers.

Beach is far, so I can't get anyone to drop me off.

  1. ha ha,no comment!

  2. put them where you fill up ur gas in ur car in that little opening

  3. They make little combination lock boxes the can be mounted under the vehicle.

  4. You can get a magnetic thing to put under your car and its to hide a key if you get locked out..etc..

  5. I wear a wetsuit, and I tuck my key inside. It will never get lost inside.

  6. It depends on how much security you want.  You could leave them in your glove compartment, and leave your car doors unlocked.  Or you could put them in a plastic bag, and bury them in the sand.  Or you couuld have a spare car key on a string around your neck or wrist or ankle.  There are so many ways, it just depends on your preferences.

  7. Wal Mart has wrist straps with a little pocket to hold a bit of change and a key. They are about the same size as a sweat band. I believe they are water proof. I saw them last year in the sporting goods department.

  8. Most swimshorts nowdays have a hook or a small pocket for keys, or what i do is i put them in a small plastic bag and make a small hole in the sand then I put my shoes on top to mark the spot. Shhh the other thing I do is I put the key behind one of my tires kinda under and behind but I guess thats kinda risky but my key is small so it does not show. My husband likes to tie them to his shorts with the string the shorts have to adjust aroud the weist. Well thats all the little things I do to keep my car keys out of sight so I hope this helps good luck and have tons of fun this summer!

  9. get rid of the remote keyless entry. Take a key, just a key without the micro-chip. you can put it on a necklace or clip it to your shorts. You might have to order a plain key for your car from the dealer, it might just be one to open the door. That way you can leave the rest of your keys out of harms way while you are splashing around.

  10. what i would do is put them in my socks and shoes and cover them up with my towl amd it hiden

  11. Ask the lifeguard

  12. get some shorts that have pockets in them or put them in a locker

  13. Hide them somewhere around your car. Or better yet, hook the valet key to your swim shorts or board shorts. They are waterproof. Lock the others inside the car somewhere.

  14. usually pools have lockers so yea you should try to put them in a locker.

  15. At the beach, put them in your shoes. Keep all your keyes except your car key in the glove compartment and just take the car key with you. When you ski, get those socks that have a small pocket built in. you can put the key in and zip it.

  16. Just take that one key. Get one of those key chains that go on your wrist. I hope that idea is helpful
