Dallas Power House of Dance - located off Inwood near LBJ and the Tollway. They do hip hop classes there for children as well as adults - and they do beginners. That's where the Mavs dancers train:

Power House of Dance is a big company and they are pricey. I recently learned about a woman who was doing them for cheaper, but I haven't gotten her information yet.  And there is a girl I know who goes to my university (SMU) who is giving lessons, but she's not in town right now.
