there are probably morges with old bones in it also try an crematorium (where they cremate people) because i hear that skulls are usually still there afterwards.

Also there are med schools where bodies are donated you could probably scrounge up a skull from there if you asked nicely.

or there are places where forensic testing takes place on the speed of decay on human bodies somewhere in the U.S so maybe they have a couple of hundred or so spare human skulls lying around.
